TALKS
Tuesday 12th November at 14.30. “From Farmers Field to Fruit and Flowers” by Gillian Taylor.
Once again we are experimenting with the timing of another of our “dark nights” winter talks. Like the popular February talks, this talk will be at 14.30 not 19.30.
Launching this experiment for us will be Gillian Taylor a retired vet turned horticultural guru who gave us an excellent and amusing talk early last year on her “Love of Roses”. On this occasion Gillian, who has a house in France where she has created a garden from scratch, will tell us the story of turning a French farmer’s field into a productive and attractive garden.
Please join us whether you are looking for stimulation to take on a major garden re-engineering challenge or just to breath a sigh of relief that such challenges are now things of the past!
